Red's Engineering & FieldLink Product Warranty
This warranty applies to all SRPT-02, SRPT-03, FieldLink Xtreme, FieldLink Edge, and other FieldLink GMRS repeaters and accessories sold by Red's Engineering.
1. Full Product Warranty
Duration: One (1) year from the date of original purchase.
Covers defects in materials and workmanship of the complete product under normal use.
2. Lifetime Electronic Components Warranty
Duration: Lifetime (Limited Lifetime Warranty)
All electronic components (circuit boards, chips, connectors, sensors, etc.) are covered for the lifetime of the product, except the battery.
What is Not Covered (Exclusions)
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse or Abuse: Dropping the unit, exposure to extreme temperatures, or water damage beyond the rated limits.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any attempts to open the electronic housing or repair the unit by non-authorized personnel.
- Improper Power: Damage caused by using unapproved chargers or incorrect voltage.
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Use outside of specified operating conditions
How to Make a Claim
To initiate a claim, please contact our support team with your original proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- Email support@redsengineering.com
- Include order number / receipt and photos of the issue if possible
- We will evaluate the claim and respond promptly (usually within 1-2 business days)
Additional Terms
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
- Red's Engineering is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages.
